Los Angeles Property Tax Deadline Dec 10, 2021

The current period tax deadline is December 10, 2021. Reminder there is an automatic 10% penalty for even one day late. To pay online or lookup property and tax information go to https://ttc.lacounty.gov/#

On the ttc.lacounty.gov website is the message:

Wondering why your check payment for property taxes hasn’t cashed yet?

Please note that this is our busiest time of year, and we are processing payments as quickly as possible.  In addition, we are also seeing additional 3 – 5 day first-class mail delivery delays from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

We anticipate completing all property tax payment processing by Monday, December 27^th.  If your payment was mailed on or before December 10^th and USPS postmarked – the payment WILL be credited as a timely payment.  Please do not call our offices to verify receipt of mailed property tax payments until after December 27^th.
