This is the first completed residence within Panorama Valley, a six-home architectural reserve in the high desert built on a principle most desert development ignores: infrastructure first. Before a single wall was raised, water access was secured and underground power established. It reflects a level of planning and long-term commitment that the architecture then carries through with equal discipline. The home itself is an exercise in restraint.
