New tile floors, sliding door goes out into either more sleeping space or a place to sit inside and look at the beautiful forest and snow. [Supplement]: This is a cabin in the Nat Forest. Its by a special permit. Permit is for 20 years. The new permit started in 2008. The permit fee is approx $1500 a year, water is based on useage. Most are $300-$400 a year, Taxes and Ins.( No monthly fees)You cant live here full time or use as a rental. Cash only, you cant get loans on them. Cabin is fully furnished. We have all 4 seasons, lots of animals and birds. Great community of great people.
