I grew up in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. I have a BBA Business from Loyola Marymount and an MBA from CSUN. I am proud to say I earned my MBA in my 30s while working full time. I came to Real Estate in 2008 after many years in small business and advertising. Many of the same skills are just as valuable - negotiating, managing the process, communications and critical analysis. I specialize in Downsizing and Probate transactions which I realized are my passion by helping friends and family. I love Seniors because they are interesting. Seniors have a wealth of experience and are a lot of fun. I lead the First Friday team at St Bernardine's Church and love the camaraderie. I am happy to help with downsizing or settling a probate estate.
